This week, I did a little pantry shopping to use up some things we already have and stretch our food budget until payday. Thankfully, I was able to come up with 8 tasty dinners to get us through. 🙂
Breakfast:
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Baked Oatmeal, Fruit x 2
Eggs w/sausage, fruit
Coffee cake x 2
Oatmeal, toast, fruit x 3
Lunch:
Baked Potatoes, apple slices
Tuna Salad sandwiches, apples and bananas, carrot sticks
Leftovers x 3
Couscous, fruit, granola bars
Buttered noodles, fruit, carrot sticks
Dinner:
Chicken & Dumplings, Salad, Bread
Couscous w/carrots and celery, Green Beans, Bread (meatless)
BBQ Brisket (didn’t make this last week), mashed potatoes, carrots
Creamy Veggie Bake, Salad (meatless)
Vegetable Barley Soup, Bread (meatless)
Cream of Potato Soup, Carrot Sticks, Bread (meatless)
Turkey and Rice Casserole, Corn
Meat/Tato/Carrot Skillet
Snacks:
Granola Bars
S’Mores (yum! this is our special treat this week!)
Homemade to Make:
Bread x 2
