Menu Plan

Keepin’ it pretty simple for this week. We start up schoolwork again, so I know how tense it can be after time off. 🙂 Going to have some dinners that won’t require a lot of thought!

I went off the plan last week a few nights because of different things that popped up, so I have some meals from that plan unused that I will use for this week.

Dinner

Cobb Salads

Tortilla Soup, Salad, Tortilla strips

Split Pea Soup, biscuits, carrots and ranch

Homemade Pizza, veggies and ranch

Chicken Enchilada Bake, Corn

Mac and Cheese Casserole, Salad

Bacon Brown Rice Risotto, Carrots, Broccoli

Egg, Bacon and Potato Hash, fruit

Lunch

Leftovers x 3

PB&J x 3

Snack-like lunch

PB&J Smoothies, crackers and cheese

Breakfast

Eggs x 4

Cereal x 2 (me – eggs)

Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Cinnamon Roll Baked Oatmeal
