Menu Plan

Getting closer to having this posted on the right day. šŸ™‚ We are on week two of our two-week grocery stock-up. So far, so good! We went out for some produce and one gallon of milk today. Only $23 spent to get us through the week (unless we grab a few bananas, which is likely because the ones we got won’t stay ripe for very many days)! And I loved having our menu already planned out for the week. It really cut back on stress during the beginning of the week.

Breakfast

Waffles x 2

Eggs x 2

Cinnamon Rolls

Muffins

Bagels or Toast

Lunch

Leftovers x 3

PB&J x 2

Buttered noodles and hard-boiled eggs

Egg Salad

Dinner

Leftovers (we usually have enough leftovers at some point during the week, and this past Sunday we had a bunch so I made dinner from leftovers. PERFECT way to clear some fridge space.)

Baked Potatoes (with all kinds of toppings), Green beans, Homemade buttermilk cheddar bread

Cheesy Chicken Pasta, Salad and raw veggies

Slow Cooker Italian Chicken and Potatoes

Slopp-Cheesy Joe Sliders

Chicken Taco Casserole

Pizza
