Menu Plan Monday

Here is our lineup for this week:

Breakfast

Dutch Puff

Eggs x 2

Cereal x 2

Oatmeal x 2

Lunch

Leftovers x 3

PB & J x 3

Cheese and crackers, yogurt, other snack-like items

Dinner

Pizza (meatless)

Lentil Soup (meatless), bread

Pasta Casserole (with ground beef), carrots

Chicken Salad Croissants, raw veggies, chips

Meatballs, potatoes, green beans

Chicken Rice Pilaf, Salad, raw veggies

Chicken Sausage and Pasta, Corn

Nothing too exciting, just trying to stay regular with making the menu. 🙂 The Dutch Puff was something new. I’ll post that recipe (and my fail!) another time!
