Menu Plan: October 22 – 31

I am planning out nine days of meals to get us to payday. We love the cool weather right now because it gives us an excuse to have SOUP!!

I am also trying a few new snacks this week, all Fall related. Should be a tasty week! 🙂

BREAKFAST

Cinnamon Rolls x 2

Eggs, Toast, Bacon

Cereal x 2

Oatmeal x 2

Baked Banana Chocolate Chip Oatmeal

Waffles, fruit

LUNCH

Leftovers x 5

PB & J, yogurt, carrots, chips x 3

Snacky lunch (home-cooked french fries, yogurt, apples and PB, veggie sticks)

DINNER

Creamy Potato Soup, bread, salad

Broccoli Cheese Soup, applesauce, biscuits

Baked Potatoes, carrot sticks, applesauce

Chicken Noodle Soup, salad

Chicken Rice Pilaf, green beans, carrot sticks

Carolina Pulled Pork, Rolls, Homemade Coleslaw, corn

Pasta Casserole, Carrots, Salad

Cheddar Chicken Enchiladas, Mexican Rice

Pizza

SNACKS

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins (new recipe)

Aunt Jimmy’s Apple Crisp (not my Aunt Jimmy…just the name of the recipe)

Butter Toffee (I’ve made this before but not in a long time. It’s sooo delicious!)
