Menu Plan 7/7 – 7/15

This week we have swim lessons in the morning, so I tried to keep lunches simple. Even though the two classes total an hour each morning, it still throws me off to not be here prepping food or sticking to our “normal” routine.

Breakfast (all with fruit)

Waffles x 2

Cereal x 2

Eggs and Bacon

Banana Chocolate Chip Oatmeal

Cinnamon Rolls x 2

Lunch (all with fruit)

PB & J, carrot sticks, chips x 3

Leftovers x 4

Salads (our garden has given us a TON of lettuce and romaine)

Dinner

Ham & Scalloped Potatoes, Green Beans

Lemon Chicken on Pasta, Salad

Sweet Chili Rolls, Corn, Raw veggies

Ham & Cheese Rollups, Green Beans

Pizza

Shredded Pork, Potatoes Chunks, Homemade Gravy, Salad

Collection of leftovers 🙂  (sometimes we have a large amount of leftovers, and I throw them on the counter for a “buffet”)

Snacks

Fruit – blueberries, strawberries, bananas, peaches, plums, apples, watermelon

Graham Crackers and vanilla yogurt

Banana “Cake” (bananas sliced lengthwise, spread with chocolate frosting and topped with sprinkles….deeeeelish!!)

Popcorn
