Menu Plan: April 23 – 30

SO, my last post was on finding healthy alternatives for a processed food you consume. Just to clarify again…I still struggle with this one. 🙂 As you will see in my menu plan for this week, I still sneak in some unhealthy foods.

BREAKFAST

Cereal x 3

Muffins

Coffee Cake

Egg and Bacon Cups

Cinnamon Rolls x 2

LUNCH

Corn Dogs (don’t judge me!), veggies, fruit

PB & Honey/Jelly, fruit chips, veggie sticks

Leftovers x 4

Mac & Cheese, fruit chips

DINNER

Chicken Sandwiches, Raw Veggies, Strawberries

Ham & Bean Soup, Cornbread

Pasta and Meat Casserole, Salad, Breadsticks

Chicken Veggie Bake, fruit

Fiesta Rice, Refried Beans

Hamburgers, Corn, Fruit

Pizza for Addy’s Birthday!

BBQ Chili over Rice, Carrots, fruit
