Menu Plan: August 7 – 15

 

I am so proud of us – we stuck to the menu plan for last week! We changed up one of the lunches, though, because we had a friend over and decided to grill. Other than that, we did it! I was very happy not to spend extra money on fast food or going out to eat.

Here’s what I’ve got lined up til pay-day. I tried to link up the ones that I pulled from other sites.

Breakfast:

Chocolate Chip Pancakes x 2, fruit

Overnight Oatmeal Whole Wheat Muffins

Egg and Cheese tortillas, fruit

Scrambled eggs,toast, fruit

Brown sugar cinnamon oatmeal, fruit

Bread Machine Cinnamon Rolls, fruit

Cinnamon Roll Biscuits, fruit

Lunch:

Cheese tortilla rollups, yogurt, fruit

PB & Honey x 3, fruit, veggie sticks

Leftovers x 3

Tuna Salad sandwiches, fruit, yogurt

Dinner:

Veggie Pot Pie Casserole (using my recipe without the chicken) (meatless)

Roast (crockpot), potatoes and carrots

Green Rice Casserole, Salad, bread sticks (meatless)

Tacos, Rice, Beans

Turkey and cheese risotto, Raw veggies, applesauce

Potato Bake (meatless), Salad

Cobb Salads (well, my version of a cobb salad), applesauce, garlic cheese flatbread

Cheesy Mac Bake (meatless), applesauce, raw veggies

BBQ Pork Meatballs, cooked carrots and corn
