I did some big grocery shopping today, so I am catching up on Money Saving Mom’s freezer series. I was able to get a GREAT deal on organic ground beef at our local grocery store, as well as organic chicken thighs and whole chickens! We depleted our last order (finally) of meats from Wallace Farms, but we didn’t have any room in the budget this month to buy from them again. 😦 So, I was happy to get organic meat for a good price today!
My menu for this week incorporates the freezer filling menu. 🙂 I plan to freeze half of the recipes, since I’m doubling them. One batch of each recipe will go to the freezer, and the other half will be our dinner that night.
