As seems to be the norm lately, this week has gotten away from me with regard to blogging. I am late getting this menu plan on here…again. 🙂
Here’s what I’ve come up with for this week – a little of this, a little of that. Several different meat options, which is nice, for dinners. Breakfasts are getting boring, so I’m trying to throw in some new items. Today we had the Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal….delicious! I’ll post that recipe in another entry. Very tasty.
Oh, and we do have 2 days of chocolate for breakfast, which is out of the ordinary; I feel like it’s okay, though, because we need some variety for breakfast desperately!

Cinnamon Rolls (bread machine – the best!)

Hot Dogs, Chips, Fruit
PB & Honey (x 2), yogurt, fruit
Leftovers x 3
Meat & Cheese Rollups (tortilla with cream cheese on it, then you put lunch meat and American cheese on it and roll it up), Fruit
Dinner
Creamy Garlic Chicken and Rice, Green Beans, Bread & Butter
Easy Beef Stroganoff, Carrots
Scalloped Potatoes and Ham (yes, we had this last week – sooo good!), Salad
Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, Corn
Pork Chop Casserole, Carrots
Smoke Sausages, Green Bean Casserole
Meatless Monday – Brown Rice w/White Sauce, Broccoli, Corn
